Nanoelectronics based on nanomaterials such as molecules, nanowires, nanotubes, graphene.
Theory of nano-scale electronic conduction. First principles methods. Current-induced nonequilibrium
atomic processes. Heat dissipation and heat transport at the nanoscale.
