  • Brief CV
    At present time I am a PhD student at the University of Exeter, UK

    Research includes first principles DFT calculations of graphene and graphite:
    - graphene-adsorbate interactions, including organic and biologically important molecules;
    - layered graphene;
    - graphene on SiC substrate;
    - transition between the electronic properties of graphite and graphene.

    2009: Master in Material Science, University of Aveiro, Portugal

    Master thesis:
    "Ab-initio calculations of diffusion barriers of small vacancy clusters in silicon".
